2011 Lindsay Milk Run 10k Race & 5k Run/Walk

EARLY REGISTRATION FOR THE LINDSAY MILK RUN COMING TO A CLOSE

The 33^rd Annual Lindsay Milk Run is soon approaching on Sunday July 17^th 2011. Early registration ends June 24^th at 4:00 pm. New this year is the addition of technical t-shirts for the first 300 pre-registered. The prices are as followed:

 

Entry Fees 10k        5k

Volunteers Needed:

Volunteers are also desperately needed to help out with the event. Volunteers will receive a free t-shirt, refreshments, Kawartha Dairy ice cream, and volunteer hours.

Virtual Race Kits:

For the first time ever we are going to have virtual race kits. All important documents, sponsor coupons and links will all be available.  This will allow the run to be more environmentally friendly. More details to come soon!

Milk Run Training Clinic

May 12, 2010 – Parks, Recreation and Culture is pleased to announce a new program to help interested runners get prepared for their big race day in the Lindsay Milk Run on July 18th.

The Milk Run Training Clinic is an outdoor program which will take place on Tuesday mornings from 6:30-7:30 for eight weeks and will begin on May 25^th. Instructor Karyn Dowdall will provide a program, running information and most importantly motivation to complete a 5km or 10km run.

The fee for this clinic is $70 and includes registration for the Milk Run and a free t-shirt.
