The 34th Annual Lindsay Milk Run will be taking to the streets on Sunday July 22^nd 2012. It will start and finish at the Lindsay Recreation Complex. There will be a 5km walk/run and 10km race. The 10km race is part of the 2012 Timex Ontario Road Series.

New for 2012, start times will be at 8:00 am for the 10km and 8:20 am for the 5km.

Please take advantage of the early registration pricing! Technical t-shirts will be given to the first 400 registrants. After the 400 mark the remaining participants will receive a cotton blend race t-shirts.

Early before 4:00 pm June 29^th, 2012 $31.50 $21.00
Regular 4:01 pm June 29^th – July 18^th, 2012 $36.75 $26.25
Race Day July 22^nd, 2012 (space permitting) $42.00 $31.50

*All entry fees are non-refundable & non-transferable. No refunds to be issued. No changes or switches.
*Teams must be registered by July 18^th with a minimum of 4 people and maximum of 12 per team. After July 18^th no changes will be made to teams.

Volunteers Needed:

Volunteers are what make this event possible each year. They are needed for set up/ tear down, registration, fill water cups/cheer at water stations, traffic control, food and medal distribution, split timer, CPR stand by, etc. Volunteers will receive a free t-shirt, refreshments, Kawartha Dairy ice cream, and volunteer hours certificate. This is a great opportunity to complete high school hours, give back to your community, learn a new skill, and help out with a great local event!

e-Race Kit Newsletter

The e-Race kit Newsletter will provide participants with the latest updates prior to the race. Registered participants will receive this e-newsletter a few days prior to the race. The e-race kit is important as it identifies changes, answers your questions and recommends race day procedures that will make your event experience a better one.

Changes for the 2012 Lindsay Milk Run include:

• Bib tag technology will be used this year instead of ankle chips used in the past.
• Baggage check will be available race day.
• New earlier start times, 8:00am for the 10k and 8:20am for the 5k
• Milk Run Technical T Shirts will be available for the first 400 registered participants. After the 400 mark runners will receive a 50/50 cotton blend Milk Run T Shirt
