Hi Tom….Well, I am sitting in the remnants of my apartment on Sweetnam having just cleaned up the last of it….I am sitting on the floor against the wall as I write this and I am kinda pooped out! The move went very well and I received one set of keys for the house from the lawyer at around 1pm so that gave us lots of time to unpack the truck at Pigeon Lake Rd. When we decided to sell our home on Sanderling Crescent, we contacted Tom. Because we had bought and sold other houses in the past with a variety of agents, thought we knew the process well, but Tom operated a little differently. He arrived at our house looking very professional and did a complete tour of our home, taking in details along the way. When we asked what he thought about a listing price, he answered that he had to do more research. He then went away and came back a few days later, at which time we discussed market conditions, etc. We took Tom’s advice, listed with him and the sign went on the lawn Friday night.
